Please note before downloading:

• The original file was created in Microsoft Word in a .docx format

  • You will need Microsoft Word to use the file effectively

• It is stored in a Google drive as a 'view only' Word document to enable you to download a copy

• If you download it as a Google Doc, it will impact the formatting - but you can still use it

• It is recommended that you to download the file on your computer/ laptop

  • Then if you wish to use it on your phone, e-mail it to yourself

• If you are using a work computer, you may need assistance from your IT team

• There is no payment required

  • If you wish, you can make a donation to Vision Australia and mention the book or me (John Deefholts - Johnny)

Instructions for downloading | Windows or Apple

1. Select the button above 'Download the MS Word template'

2. This will open a Google drive with a 'view only' version of the Word document.

   • Note: You will need a legal version of Microsoft Word to use the file.

3. Select File> Download> Microsoft Word (.docx)

4. This will download the document onto your computer. 

5. Follow the instructions to save the file into the folder you wish to.

   • You can rename the file and start editing the file.

   • You may get a message to 'Enable editing'

   • If text is misaligned, go to > View tab and select 'Print layout'.

6. Close the Google drive
